Tirgan – Cultural Event Booklet

Brief: Create a bilingual booklet that covers a cultural event.
My Direction: In YSDN we are often encouraged to take this time to explore new ideas and experiment. I had this in mind while working on this project. Farsi characters lend themselves to major visual modification while retaining readability, and so I wanted to see how much I could bend conventional designs around latin typography while retaining readability. Not the best editorial design, but I’m happy with what I took away from this exploration.
